Terms of Service

1. Introduction

This page explains our terms of use. When we refer to “Mystere Labs” we are referring to the trading name of Mystere Labs LLC — with its registered office at 9169 W STATE ST #3667, GARDEN CITY, ID 83714, USA — or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors — collectively, “Mystere Labs,” “we,” or “us”.

By using this website (the “Site”) or any Services (defined below) offered by Mystere Labs, you’re agreeing to these legally binding rules (the “Terms”). You’re also agreeing to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Service Level Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy (collectively, “Policies”), and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

We may change these terms from time to time. If we do, we will inform you about any material changes, either by notifying you via the Site or by sending you an email. New versions of the Terms will never apply retroactively — we will tell you the exact date they go into effect. If you keep using Mystere Labs after a change, that means you accept the new terms.

2. Responsibility

Mystere Labs provides data scraping and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We do not oversee nor are we responsible for how clients use these Services.

Mystere Labs is not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Services. We do not become involved in disputes between users or between users and any third party relating to the use of our Services. When you use the Services, you release Mystere Labs from claims, damages, and demands of every kind — known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed — arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All content you access through the Services is at your own risk. You’re solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.

3. Prohibited Actions

We expect all users and clients to behave responsibly. The following actions are prohibited on or through the Site and the Services:

  • No spam. Don’t distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, or any junk mail, spam, or chain letters. Don’t run mail lists, listservs, or spam on or through the Site.
  • No crawling. Do not use any software or device (manual or automated) to “crawl” or “spider” any part of the Site in a manner that violates these Terms.
  • No harmful code. Do not distribute software viruses or anything else (code, programs) designed to interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or equipment on the Site (whether it belongs to Mystere Labs or another party).
  • No reverse engineering. Do not take apart or reverse engineer any aspect of the Services in an effort to access things like source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms.
  • No unauthorized access. Do not try to damage or gain unauthorized access to any system, data, password, or other information belonging to Mystere Labs or another party.
  • No interference. Do not attempt to interfere with the proper workings of the Services.
  • No security bypass. Do not bypass any measures we have put in place to secure the Services.
  • No unreasonable load. Do not take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or our third-party providers (we reserve the right to determine what’s reasonable).
  • No illegal activities. Don’t take any action that infringes or violates other people’s rights, violates the law, or breaches any contract or legal duty you have toward anyone.

Please also refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for additional guidelines.

4. Other Websites

If you follow a link to another website, what happens there is between you and them—not us.

The Mystere Labs Site may contain links to third-party websites. When you access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. We do not control or endorse those sites.

Additionally, Mystere Labs may partner with third-party companies (e.g., payment processors) to facilitate certain transactions (subscriptions, one-time purchases, etc.). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Mystere Labs may offer both one-time purchases and subscription-based services. Both are entitled to refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, refunds for unused days are generally not provided unless stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.

Your paid subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you manually cancel it in your Mystere Labs account. Pricing and rates are subject to change, and we will notify you of any pricing adjustments in advance.

Please refer to our Refund & Dispute Policy for more detailed information on refunds.

6. Payments

By providing payment authorization via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or another platform), you give Mystere Labs the ability to collect or reverse payments from your account on a one-time or recurring basis (depending on your subscription plan).

If currency conversions are necessary, the amount may fluctuate based on the exchange rate determined by our payment processor at the time of each transaction. Mystere Labs will give prior notice if any changes to your subscription or billed amount occur.

For specific details on how payments are processed, please review the payment processor’s own Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.

7. Creating an Account

To sign up for an account, you must be at least 18 years old (or old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence). You are responsible for all activity on your account, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without your permission, please notify us at hello at mysterelabs dot com (or your actual support email).

8. Service Unavailability & Responsibilities

Mystere Labs strives to maintain highly available Services. However, occasional downtime or interruptions may occur. We assume no liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from service unavailability.

Please refer to our Service Level Agreement for more details on uptime commitments and related policies.

9. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the customer portal or by contacting us. Once canceled, your access to the subscribed Services will cease at the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Upon cancellation, certain features tied to your subscription may no longer be available.

10. Refunds

You typically have a limited period (e.g., 2 days) from the date of purchase to request a refund, subject to our Refund Policy. If you received a refund, the associated Services may be disabled or removed from your account.

Please see our Refund Policy for complete details on eligibility, process, and exceptions.

11. Deleting Your Account

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello at mysterelabs dot com or via the customer portal (if applicable). Upon deletion, certain data (e.g., invoices, minimal traffic or usage logs required for legal compliance) may be retained as permitted or required by law, but your login credentials and personal data will be removed from active systems.

12. Our Rights

To protect our platform and users, Mystere Labs reserves the right to:

  • Make changes to the Site or Services without prior notice or liability.
  • Determine who is eligible to use our Services, and suspend or terminate accounts without liability.
  • Change our eligibility criteria as required.
  • Refuse, suspend, or remove any content at our discretion.

We are not liable for damages resulting from these actions and reserve the right to refrain from commenting on any such decision.

13. Usage of Scraping Services

Our data scraping Services may be subject to additional usage restrictions. Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for details on lawful and prohibited activities. You agree not to use our Services for any illegal activities or for scraping data in a manner that violates any third party’s terms or applicable law.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Mystere Labs is incorporated in the state of Wyoming. We encourage you to contact us to resolve any issue before resorting to formal legal action. In the event of a legal dispute, these Terms (and all relevant Policies) will be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any action arising from or related to these Terms shall be filed in the courts of the state of Wyoming. You consent to personal jurisdiction and waive any objection as to an inconvenient forum.

15. Remaining Terms of Service

These Terms and the referenced Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Mystere Labs regarding the Services and supersede all prior communications. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Mystere Labs’ prior written consent. Mystere Labs may freely assign or transfer these Terms without your consent.
